Describe exactly what your company will be providing. Be detailed and try to answer all anticipated questions from the prospective customer.
Terms
Specify any terms pertaining to the deal that the customer will need to be aware of and agree to before this can go forward. Be as transparent as possible to establish trust.
Pricing
Be very clear about how the customer will be charged and how any changes in how they use the product might be priced. Go into detail on how and when payment will be rendered. Clarify any discounts. Infographics could be helpful.
